KITCHEN

The newly fitted modern kitchen features LED lighting, induction hob and electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, cordless Dyson hoover, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery etc. The kitchen also enjoys wonderful views over the golf course and pool area.

ALFRESCO DINING

Adjacent to the kitchen is an outside dining area including a traditional Spanish BBQ and dining table with seating for 6.

The outside dining area catches the sun all day so an umbrella is provided. Great place for a morning coffee, breakfast, or evening alfresco dining. Many a chilled evening spent over a couple of bottles of wine putting the world to rights!

There is a separate alcove seating area with lounge furniture and hot-plate cooking that overlooks the pool. The pool features a remote-controlled lighting system with colour and feed functions. You really will enjoy just staying in.

SUN ROOM & DINING

Adjacent to the kitchen is a large sunroom with dining table seating for six. There is additional lounge seating to relax and overlook the pool area. With the patio doors fully opened the sunroom can provide additional “outside” space to chill during the day or in the evening.
